mey9 Terms & Conditions and Policies

This document is a legally binding agreement between the mey9 platform ("the platform" or "we") and any player who accesses it ("you" or "the user"). Browsing the mey9 website, opening an account, or playing games means you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Please read and understand these terms before continuing to use the platform.

The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy included in this agreement are also considered part of these terms and conditions.

1.1 Age Restriction

The mey9 platform is intended for players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. If this restriction is found to have been violated, the relevant account will be immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

1.2 Platform Services

mey9 offers a range of games including live casino games, football betting, slots, fish shooting games, and Blackjack. We cannot guarantee that the services provided will remain unchanged without prior notice, but we will work to maintain a good standard of service.

1.3 Language and Currency

The platform operates in the Myanmar language and processes transactions in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). All transaction schedules are calculated using Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

2.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate personal information to open an account with mey9. Submitting false or borrowed information is a violation of these terms and conditions.

• Each individual may only open one account.
• A personal phone number or contact address must be provided.
• The platform may verify player information at any time.
• You must play on your own behalf — playing on behalf of a third party is not allowed.

2.2 Account Security Responsibility

Players must keep their own login credentials (username and password) to themselves and must not share them with any third party. Players are fully responsible for all activity carried out under their account.

2.3 Updating Personal Information

If your personal information changes, you must notify the platform as soon as possible. The platform cannot be held responsible for any issues with financial transactions that arise from information that has not been updated.

3.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available on mey9 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.

• Once a deposit has been verified, it will appear in your account immediately.
• When making a deposit, please check that the amount and the payer's name are correct before proceeding.
• Only your own payment methods may be used; deposits from third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour.

• To withdraw, your verification must be complete and your bank account details must match your account information.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under review.

3.3 Financial Verification

In accordance with financial security policies, the platform may verify a player's income, payment methods, or any account-related information. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

When you open an account with mey9 and make your first deposit, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks; to withdraw, you must wager the bonus amount: 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a total of 420,000 Ks; to withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.
• After receiving a bonus, players must wager the bonus amount 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 VIP Level Rewards

mey9 has 3 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Your VIP level will increase based on your playing activity.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonus funds can only be used on game categories specified by the platform. The platform prevents players from immediately withdrawing bonus funds separately from their own balance. If arbitrage betting or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.1 Game Results

Results of games offered on the platform are generated by a secure and fair Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring every player gets a fair gaming experience.

5.2 Game Dispute Resolution

If a result discrepancy occurs in a game due to a technical error, the platform will investigate and take action. Funds affected during the investigation period may be temporarily held.

5.3 Game Records

A player's game records are stored on the platform. In the event of any financial dispute, the platform's records will be treated as the official reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mey9 platform —

• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering
• Abusing bonus funds (e.g. strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements)
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Hacking the platform's software or games, or exploiting predictable outcomes
• Accessing another player's account without authorisation
• Threatening or using abusive language towards platform staff

Please note that if any of the above actions are found, the platform may immediately close the account and retain any funds held.

mey9 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Personal data provided by players is —

• Used only to provide platform services and manage the player's account
• May be referenced when financial transaction verifications arise
• Never rented or sold to third parties without the player's consent

8.1 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can request this through the platform's 24/7 Live Chat. If there is a remaining balance, it can be withdrawn first, and the closure will be processed only after the withdrawal is complete.

8.2 Closure by the Platform

If a breach of these terms is found, the platform may close the account with or without prior notice. In such cases, funds may be held until the investigation is complete, and action will be taken based on the outcome.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

The mey9 platform does not accept responsibility for any financial losses arising from a player's game results (including losses). In addition —

• Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the player themselves
• Losses caused by the player's own network issues preventing access
• Losses caused by allowing a third party to play using the player's account

Where this limitation is contrary to applicable law, the relevant legal provisions will apply.

mey9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, an announcement will be made on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an announcement indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
